Instructions

  1. Put the skillet in the oven and preheat to 400℉.
  2. In a blender, blend eggs, milk, flour, drippings, and salt until smooth.
  3. Add excess drippings to the skillet and coat all over the bottom and up the sides. If you don't have enough drippings, use the canola oil.
  4. Quickly pour the batter into the center of the hot skillet and let it spread evenly.
  5. Put the skillet back in the oven, being careful not to slosh.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the Yorkshire pudding is puffed and golden brown.
