Cast iron pizza

  1. Make Roasted Garlic .
  2. Set the dough out to let it reach room temperature.
  3. Mix some roasted garlic and butter over heat.
  4. Preheat the oven to whatever the dough needs, with the cast iron inside.
  5. Stretch the dough to roughly match the bottom of the skillet.
  6. Once preheated, brush the bottom of the skillet with a light coat of olive oil.
  7. Place and spread the dough on the bottom of the skillet.
  8. Brush garlic butter on the top of the crust, focusing garlic bits (if any) at the edges.
  9. Pre-bake the crust for about 5 minutes.
  10. Take it out, pop annoying bubbles, sauce, season, cheese, toppings, locking cheese.
  11. Bake for however long it takes to get cheese nice and brown, then take out.
  12. If the bottom isn't slightly blackened, cook over stovetop on medium until it is (or at least a nice dark brown).
  13. Cool on a rack.
  14. Cut and serve!

Cast Iron Skillet

Holds heat well, so it browns better than it looks like it should. Also the pizza pan, when the occasion calls for it.
