Roasted Garlic

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400℉.
  2. Peel away any loose papery layers of the garlic.
  3. Cut off the top of the bulb, so the tops of most cloves are opened. Trim off any outliers at the edges that fall below this level.
  4. Cover the cloves with a generous amount of olive oil.
  5. Wrap foil, keeping the bulbs upright.
  6. Bake for ~30-40 minutes, or until the cloves are soft and browned to your liking.
  7. Let them cool to the touch.
  8. Remove the cloves by hand or with a tiny fork or some shit.
