Roasted Garlic
Ingredients
- As much garlic as you want, whole bulbs
- Olive oil
Utensils
- Cutting board
- Chef’s knife
- Aluminum foil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400℉.
- Peel away any loose papery layers of the garlic.
- Cut off the top of the bulb, so the tops of most cloves are opened. Trim off any outliers at the edges that fall below this level.
- Cover the cloves with a generous amount of olive oil.
- Wrap foil, keeping the bulbs upright.
- Bake for ~30-40 minutes, or until the cloves are soft and browned to your liking.
- Let them cool to the touch.
- Remove the cloves by hand or with a tiny fork or some shit.
Other information
- Good for up to 2 weeks in the fridge or 3 months frozen.
