Root Beer Syrup

Instructions

  1. Make simple syrup from the sugar and water.
  2. Add the honey. Place the trivet on the scale first so yas don't melt it.
  3. Add the root beer extract.
  4. Use the syringe. That shit is messy.
  5. Move the syrup to the syrup container, adding water until it reaches the target yield of 426g.
  6. Store under refrigeration.

Serving suggestion

Mix 70g of syrup with fizzy water in a 500mL bottle, 105g to a 750mL bottle, or 140g to a 1L bottle.

Should make 3L total.
